The Curse of Monkey Island
Every time a new Monkey Island is released there is a cry for the older versions.
This LucasArts Archive contains the previous three games issued before Escape
From Monkey Island. The fact that these games still hold sway since the original issue in
the last century (l990) attests to their popularity. Humor is so rare in games and the
Monkey series provides plenty of the good stuff. It is fun to play the earlier non-3D
games even without voice audio, and to revisit some of the hilarious puns and in-jokes.
People have definite feelings about their favorite Monkey- seems like
Curse gets top score - but play them again yourself and make up your own mind.
