Space Invaders Extreme 2
There are enough new embellishments in this game to temp even those of us who played it when it first came out.
And for newbies - there is a setting that provides unlimited cannons.
Lots of color in this version. Additional points are awarded for shooting down invaders in a special
order - by color, by columns, by rows, by shapes.
Power-ups are displayed in colorful "Bingo" styled flashing upper screen with inner
and outer frames indicating the different power-ups.
There is a wide variety of game play; timed, bingo, multiplayer vs. 2 card play and the download play with a single card.
The colors sure beat the black and white version.
Space Invaders Extreme 2 is a very similar game to the previous Space Invaders Extreme,
except for the Bingo bit and screen filling bosses, so if you have the first one, you probably won't go for number 2 - but the Bingo is pretty nifty.
